As with all Senior Helpers locations, the companions and Home Health Aides hired by Marc and LouAnn and their team are direct employees of our company, and not contract or outsourced workers, for our senior care. New Jersey based Senior Helpers selects our caregivers based upon their professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion for seniors. After a full and thorough screening process, we train, bond, and insure each one.
Our Monmouth and Middlesex County caregivers come from various backgrounds and many have cared for their own parents and want to help others. Some work in the healthcare field and enjoy working one-on-one with our clients. All of our local caregivers truly treasure the personal satisfaction that comes from helping others and have a passion for their career in New Jersey home health care.

When we conduct an initial assessment, we strive to ensure a good fit for our clients, matching the right caregiver with each client's mental, physical, and personality profile. In fact, Marc Levine, as Director Of Client Services, will be the one who will personally conduct one who will conduct a full, thorough assessment of your loved one's individual situation for their New Jersey home care. Additionally, we hire only caregivers whom we would trust to take care of our own parents.
As service-oriented professionals who believe in the power of anticipating needs, we will be on call and at your loved one's disposal to remove daily obstacles while bonding emotionally. My wife LouAnn and I sincerely take pleasure in helping our clients maintain their independence while providing their families with true peace of mind.
